How do I edit or cancel my appointments or plan?
We want to ensure you are not charged for services you do not want. Requests cannot be cancelled by email, text or by messaging your cleaner.

If you have a weekly or monthly cleaning plan, you can edit or cancel it here: Dashboard >Manage>Reschedule/Cancel
Your dashboard is available 24/7, and it's free to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment's start time.
If you're already matched with your cleaner, and you want to keep your cleaner, we suggest rescheduling your appointments because your cleaner cannot guarantee any requested times once cancelled.
