How can I rebook my cleaner?

We're glad you found a cleaner that you're happy with! To see your past cleaner's availability and request them specifically:

  1. Go to your dashboard dashboard, and select one of your past appointments with your preferred cleaner.
  2. Click on Book your past cleaner's name again.
  3. Click 'Confirm'.

We will then automatically send your future requests to your preferred cleaner.
