Unfortunately there seemed to be a misunderstanding- my house is 600 sq ft and 2 hrs should have been plenty of time to clean my entire house. The master bedroom and the only bathroom were not cleaned- I was very upset that she did not clean the bathroom. I had asked if she did dishes or cleaned the stove top etc for added work because there might not be enough for her to do for 2 hrs- but she went ahead and did those first- instead of making time to clean the bathroom (a big ticket item in my opinion). Other than that I’m not sure how she spend her whole time on floors and dusting- because not everything was dusted and my house is TINY. Everything she cleaned was hit and miss- some things cleaned well- others there were major areas missed on the floors and dusting. I had to run out to meet her to ask her what she cleaned in my house right after she finished because I couldn’t tell what was cleaned and what wasn’t, only to find out she did not clean the tiny bathroom, or master bedroom floors. She said she would refund me 30 minutes worth of cleaning for the mix up but it has been a week and I have not heard from her. I was very disappointed.

Cleaned what was already clean. Didnt touch the kitchen , which was the most needed. Did only 40 percent of the work. Came late, technically left early. Moved stuff around but didnt place them back in the original place.
