Can I choose my cleaner?
Yes! Our website will show you all available cleaners, their profiles, reviews, & availabilities, so you can choose the Cleaning Professional that you want!
You'll be notified as soon as your cleaner accepts your request.
To help you get the fastest match, you can send your request to up to 3 Cleaning Professionals. One cleaner will be able to accept the request, and you'll only be charged for that one cleaner.
When booking a new appointment, you can limit the availability of your request to your Preferred Cleaners by unticking the box that says 'Match 1st available top-rated cleaner if my preferred cleaners are unavailable.'
This will allow only your requested cleaners to accept the request and not open the request to other cleaners. However, by choosing this option, please note that your request might get cancelled if your preferred cleaners aren't able to confirm it on time.
